Getting ready for cold and flu season

As the fall starts it is important to remember that not only are we heading into better weather and the holidays but we are also heading into cold and flu season. There are several things that you can do to prevent getting a cold and if you do make it more tolerable.


  • Take daily vitamin C, D, and Zinc.

    All of these supplements have been shown to improve your immune system.


  • Wash hands frequently

    The number one way to prevent getting sick is to wash your hands with soap and water routinely


  • Get plenty of sleep.

    Sleep is where your immune system does most of its work!


  • Keep over the counter medications like Tylenol cold and flu on hand incase you do get sick.
